We were delighted to present our collaboration with ThermoFisher Scientific where we evaluated process robustness of their AAV Max platform and AAV9 production system. Process robustness is critically important as the industry matures into more commercial products. And process robustness is important for late phase process development as the industry matures and starts to release more and more commercial products. ThermoFisher is a well-known supplier to the industry, a well-trusted partner, and we were delighted to evaluate the process, robustness of this particular process, our cloud-connected bioreactors.
Culture has two options: 250ml and a 5L bioreactores that helped enable this project by unleashing large amounts of data and experimentation and enabling data transparency between teams and sites.
