Stratyx™ 250 Comparison of CHO Process Characteristics in 250mL Bioreactor Systems

Culture Biosciences has introduced a new high-throughput benchtop cell culture bioreactor. This new system has advanced architecture and a user centric design that is flexible to meet multiple process needs, accelerate development, and provide real-time data. Our single use vessels are made with USP class VI plastic that is gamma sterilized which eliminates autoclaving and cleaning, provides rapid turn-around between runs, minimizes costs, and significantly reduces the risk of contamination. This paper demonstrates similar process characteristics between the Stratyx™ 250 system and another 250mL bioreactor platform.
